System Analyst (IT and Software Industry)

Salary: ฿45,000 – ฿65,000 per month

System Analyt (นักวิเคราะห์ระบบ)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Job Description)

• ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำที่เหมาะสม

• ออกแบบระบบและซอฟท์แวร์ให้ตรงตามความต้องการและวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ

• ประสานงานและวางแผนการมอบหมายการตรวจสอบและควบคุมทีมงาน (Developer/Tester)

• จัดทำเอกสารที่สำคัญเพื่อแสดงรายละเอียดของระบบที่ออกแบบไว้ให้กับลูกค้า (Functional specification, High level Design specification, Detail Design specification, Operation Workflow)

• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการโครงการ ทีมพัฒนาและลูกค้าเพื่อให้คำแนะนำและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น

• สนับสนุนงานวิเคราะห์และอบรมอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ ไอที บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ (System Analysis) 2 ปีขึ้นไป

• สามารถเก็บรวบรวมความต้องการ User Requirement และจัดทำเป็น Technical Requirements ได้

• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (Software Development Life Cycle) เป็นอย่างดี

• มีประสบการณ์การออกแบบฐานข้อมูล และกระบวนการทางธุรกิจหรือที่มีประสิทธิภาพได้

• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี และมีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี

• มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการทำงานโครงการภาครัฐ หรือซอฟท์แวร์ HR จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Gather user requirements

• Responsible to analysis and design according to requirement

• Able to transform business requirement to technical solution

• Control application development to SDLC and project responsibility

• Provide guidance and consultation to user

• Create document to support project (Functional specification, High level Design specification, Detail Design specification, Operation Workflow)
  

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field

• Proven working experience in System Analysis (more than 2 years)

• Stong Database knowledge

• Strong in user requirements gathering, analysis and application design

• Experience in developing specification documents

• Experience in Government project or HR Software is a plus

• Excellent communication in Thai (and some English is a plus)
