Summary
A-IT Software Services is hiring a System Analyst to support a leading regional bank client in Singapore. The role translates business requirements into system specifications, produces functional/design docs and SIT scripts, runs demos and training, and supports SIT, UAT and go-live for banking system projects.
Salary: $7,000 – $9,000 per month
About the role
Our client, a leading regional bank, is looking for a System Analyst to turn business requirements into system solutions. You'll support the work from specification through SIT, UAT and go-live.
What you'll do
Analyse requirements and translate them into system specifications and solution designs
Produce documentation following the bank's Systems Development Methodology, including functional and design specs and SIT scripts
Work with business users and technology teams to analyse processes, identify gaps and propose solutions
Collaborate with Functional BAs and developers on enhancements, new features and issue fixes
Conduct SIT, support UAT and provide post-implementation support
Track action items across stakeholders and run demos and training for users
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Able to explain technical concepts in plain language
Good stakeholder management and time management, with a proactive, team-player attitude
Strong documentation and presentation skills, plus advanced MS Office
Experience in new system development or implementation projects
Good to have: exposure to KYC/AML, regulatory compliance, risk management or workflow automation systems
