Key Skills:
· Familiarity withbanking products, services, and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
· Experience withdatabase concepts (SQL) and an understanding of system integration principlesis a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Microsoft Project) is a plus
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational needs, identify problems, and define system requirements for new projects and enhancements.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization.
· Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation.
· Work closely with development teams, architects, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.
· Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
· Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect analysis to ensure the quality and integrity of delivered solutions.
· Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support to end-users post-implementation.
· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis and banking technology.
· Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
· Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
· Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, use cases, and other analytical tools.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
