System Developer

Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced System Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level systems and applications. The ideal candidate has a solid background in software development, system architecture, and with strong hands-on experience in ERPNext and Python.

Location: EDSA, Quezon City (Monday - Friday, 100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level systems and applications using ERPNext and Python.

• Lead the technical design and development of system projects, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Participate in system architecture discussions and recommend appropriate technologies and implementation strategies.

• Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations to support business processes.

• Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection standards.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software development experience, preferably in enterprise-level systems.

• Hands-on experience with ERPNext is required.

• Experience in Python is non-negotiable.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design principles, and design patterns.

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, database design, and SQL optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership.
