About the Role
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer (L2) to manage and support enterprise IT
infrastructure, Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 services, and virtualization
platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in system
administration, network support, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery while ensuring high
system availability and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
• Support Microsoft Exchange Server (On-Premises and Hybrid) environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licensing, and mailbox
administration.
• Configure, administer, and monitor Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, system software, and application configurations.
• Perform backup operations and execute disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
• Support Level-1 network-related activities and escalate complex issues when required.
• Manage IT tools such as RMM, Ticketing Systems, IT Documentation, and Endpoint
Detection & Response (EDR).
Required Qualifications
• Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange,
and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, GPO, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant Microsoft, VMware, or networking certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills

• Experience with RMM tools, ticketing systems, backup solutions, and IT
documentation.
• Good understanding of IT security best practices.
• Strong communication and customer support skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote support environment.
