System Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our IT & PMO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, and management of virtualization platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and IT security devices.
• Perform regular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure systems.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues to maintain smooth IT operations.

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware or IT infrastructure implementation.
• Good understanding of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and IT security.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and security devices.
• Experience in infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is an advantage.
• Windows Server or Virtualization certifications will be considered an advantage.

3. Soft Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

4. Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• English proficiency is preferred.
