Handle daily IT operations and infrastructure support for the local office and remote office
Maintaining of software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance
Assist with the development and implementation of standards, procedures and processes; ensuring that it is aligned with the company standards
Job Requirements
2 years’ hands-on experience with Windows environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support will be advantageous
Experiences in project management
Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritisation skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
