Job Responsibilities
You are expected to work closely with the Technical Director/Operations Executive in providing technical support to the assigned accounts/customers.
You are also required to perform system sizing, capacity planning and benchmarking, conducting regular technical support to the team.
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT or computer related field
- At least 2 years working experience in post-sales
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong working knowledge in infrastructure and system
- CCNA/CCNP, MCSE preferred
