System Engineer – Switching Domain (Switching)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer with experience in switching systems and payment processing.

Technology Stack

• Oracle, SQL

• API Gateway

• .NET, C#

• Linux

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for QA

• Perform database validation using SQL queries

• Execute testing using ATM, POS, simulators, and tools

• Validate ISO 8583 message formats

• Test REST and SOAP APIs

• Support international payment testing

• Identify defects and perform root cause analysis

• Ensure quality standards across deliverables

Required Skills

• Strong SQL and database knowledge

• Hands-on Linux experience

• Understanding of electronic payments

• API testing (REST/SOAP)

• Strong analytical and QA documentation skills

Good to Have

• Ability to work in time-critical QA environments

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Client-facing communication skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Switching domain
