About the Position
We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused System Engineer to provide technical expertise and support across system administration, troubleshooting, and production operations. In this role, you will work both in-house and at customer sites to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including networks, servers, storage, and security infrastructure. You will collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues, support business development activities, and assist in product demonstrations or presentations. This position requires a solid foundation in Windows, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity, along with the ability to manage projects effectively and deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with all internal levels, including customers and our contractors to clarify technical issues
- Perform system administration, troubleshooting and production support in-house
- Perform system administration, troubleshooting and production support at customers’ sites
- Support company business development, marketing and sales activities, demos, or new product presentation
Qualifications
- Minimally Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Technical Skills
- Experience in Network, Windows & Linux OS, SQL server
- Experience in Hardware like Server, NAS, SAN, and VM
- Experience in Networking like Switches & Firewall
- Experience in Cybersecurity
- Experience in Project Management
