  • Act as a senior technical escalation point for Level 1 Helpdesk and business-as-usual support issues.
  • Contribute to infrastructure modernisation, technology improvements and IT transformation projects.

  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and infrastructure records.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer or similar technical support role.
  • Level 2 Helpdesk experience or above, with ideally at least two years of commercial IT support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365.
  • Practical experience supporting Hyper-V, VMware and XCP-ng environments.
  • Experience with Dell PowerEdge servers and iDRAC.
  • Knowledge of Ubiquiti networking equipment and Fortinet network security.
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring and backup solutions, particularly PRTG and Veeam.
  • Familiarity with antivirus and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions. CrowdStrike experience is highly regarded.
  • A broad understanding of desktop, device, server and network support across Microsoft-centric environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
