East Valley Tech Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and analytical Systems Analyst to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements, evaluate existing systems, and recommend innovative technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
The Systems Analyst will participate throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand business processes, operational challenges, and digital transformation objectives.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, process workflows, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with software developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to deliver web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Support the design, implementation, integration, and deployment of software solutions, cloud applications, and business systems.
- Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment to ensure solution quality.
- Provide technical consultation and recommend system enhancements to improve business efficiency.
- Conduct user training, prepare user guides, and provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with development teams to resolve technical problems.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and client expectations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create value for clients.
Requirements
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years + of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Software Implementation, or IT Consulting.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
- Understanding of web and mobile application development processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
