Systems Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, preparing technical documentation, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives and development standards. This role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, testers, and project stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

✅ 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role

Required Skills

• Basic SQL and database query writing

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Technical documentation preparation

• Knowledge of system integration testing and validation

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

• Java and Oracle development environment exposure

• Knowledge of database security concepts

• Project management fundamentals

• Change management experience

• Application development background

Preferred Experience

• End-to-end SDLC implementation experience

• Agile and/or Waterfall project exposure

• Insurance industry experience is an advantage
