Summary
A hands-on Systems Analyst supports the go-live and rollout of an equipment registry for a higher education provider in Melbourne — tracking readiness actions and risks, supporting UAT and defect resolution with the vendor, writing user guides, and helping users transition to business-as-usual support.
Salary: ASAP start | CBD/WFH hybrid
We're seeking a hands-on Systems Analyst to support the rollout of an equipment registry for a leading higher education provider. You'll work closely with users, the project team and the vendor to resolve issues, prepare for launch and establish ongoing support.
What you'll do:
- Drive go-live readiness, tracking outstanding actions, risks and dependencies.
- Support UAT, investigate defects and coordinate resolution with the vendor.
- Develop user guides, operational procedures and support materials.
- Help users get started through onboarding, training and hypercare.
- Support the transition into business-as-usual operations.
Skills and experience
- Experience in systems analysis, application support or system implementation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with software configuration, databases and integrations.
- Confidence working with vendors and stakeholders to get issues resolved.
- Experience supporting UAT, user training and operational documentation.
- Clear communication and a practical, proactive approach.
