Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration
- Experience working with Linux
- Experience in any of the following: Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell or equivalent
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols such as HTTP and DNS
- Experience designing and developing scripts to automate operational burdens and reviewing scripting changes to ensure they meet the standards for maintainability, scalability and security
- Experience working in 24/7 production environment
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services
- Become a subject matter expert on multiple AWS services
- Develop, build, deploy, operate, sustain and grow services in cloud production environments
- Use trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvements
- Help develop and refine procedures used by our team and internal customers
- Work on new and ambiguous problem domains while consistently delivering customer-impacting change
- Operate the worlds most advanced cloud computing infrastructure
- Simplify and reinvent systems, processes and tools to improve outcomes for our customers and builders
- Build unique solutions to customer technical problems
- Study and learn from Amazon Senior and Principal Engineers
