Seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design,
integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite
collection-based systems. This role contributes to systems engineering
activities across hardware, software, network, and Radio Frequency (RF)
components supporting mission-critical communication and signal processing
environments. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in RF and signal
processing systems development and demonstrates the ability to work effectively
within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support
the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions
for satellite collection-based systems, incorporating Hardware, GOTS,
COTS, and LOOPERS and/or TURNWEALTHY solutions.
- Contribute to
systems engineering activities across hardware, software, network, and RF
components to ensure operational performance and interoperability.
- Assist in the
development and integration of Radio Frequency (RF) and signal processing
systems for communication system applications.
- Support system
requirements analysis, architecture development, verification, and
validation activities.
- Participate in
system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation to
ensure compliance with technical and mission requirements.
- Develop and
maintain technical documentation including system engineering artifacts,
test plans, interface control documents, and configuration management
records.
- Collaborate with
cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve
technical issues and support lifecycle sustainment activities, including
integration of GOTS, COTS, and TURNWEALTHY systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline. Five (5) additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
