Your work profile

• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze current (As-Is) Environmental, Health & Safety processes and design future-state (To-Be) processes.
• Recommend industry best practices for EHS, ESG, Sustainability, Product Compliance, and Responsible Design.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Product Safety: Specification Management, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) generation, Dangerous Goods Management, Label Management, Hazardous Substance Management,Regulatory Content Management

• Occupational Health: Health Surveillance Programs, Medical Protocols, Exposure Tracking,Incident-related Health Monitoring

• Industrial Hygiene & Safety: Risk Assessments, Hazard Identification, Exposure Monitoring, Safety Audits, Safety Permit Management

• Incident Management: Near-Miss Reporting,Environmental Incidents, Injury and Illness Management, Root Cause Analysis,Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

• Environmental Management: Air Emission Monitoring, Waste Management, Water Consumption Tracking, Environmental Compliance Reporting,Resource Consumption Monitoring

• Sustainability Solution: Implement and support,SAP Sustainability Control Tower, SAP Sustainability Footprint Management, SAP Environment Management, SAP Responsible Design and Production, SAP Green Ledger,ESG Reporting Solutions, Carbon Accounting and Emission Tracking

Key skills required

• 6 Years of hands-on experience with SAP EHS
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Lead EHS migration and data transition activities.
• Design sustainability architecture integrated with S/4HANA.
• Configure S/4HANA EHS and Sustainability applications.
• Support integration with SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Define master data governance and sustainability reporting frameworks.

Qualification

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
