【台北/新竹】數位IC工程師(I8)

【產品線說明】
(1) USB type C PD controller:

• PC USB peripheral system know-how.
• MCU based small SOC, 8051 based MCU with FW co-work.
• Be familiar/dealing with I2C/I3C/SPI/UART interface.
• Handling USB PD protocol/USB-IF certification flow.

(2) DDR5 DIMM module component IC:

• DB, CKD, RCD for DDR5, and look ahead for DDR6/7 for next generation DDR involution.
• High speed parallel digital interface handling.
• Be familiar/dealing with I2C/I3C interface.
• Deeply co-work/involved with analog high speed implementation.

【工作內容】
(1) 開發DDR5 高速IC CKD，RCD產品這些為Re-Timer like的產品。IP 整合, RTL design 之 Synthesis/DFT/STA 相關設計工作。
(2) 8051 base SOC數位電路系統規劃與類比電路介面整合。
(3) FPGA 驗證平台規劃與設計, 數位電路之驗證。

【必要條件】
(1) 具系統規畫及整合類比數位電路經驗
(2) 熟悉數位，軟韌，類比電路介面co-work設計規劃，與各team統整溝通經驗者佳
(3) 熟悉 PD 認證項目與流程

「台北」或「竹北」，視人選狀況做安排
