1. Develop and manage hardware development project with Engineering teams and communicate project status to stakeholders.
2. Identify dependencies and collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute, mitigate risks and issues, and meet system build milestones, cost, quality, and manufacturability.
3. Knowledge of switch hardware development and manufacturing processes, vendor relations, and communicate with Tier-1 customer on technical tasks.
4. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution among a cross fuctional team of Engineers, Generate the ideas required to solve the technical subjects.
5. To collaborate engineering productivity and own technical relationships with cross-functional, vendors and partners.
6. Drive and lead Engineering team on issue analysis, project development, and mass production.
7. Share new technical information to Engineer team.
