Talend - Architect

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team as a Talend Architect in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry.

• Design and implement data integration solutions using Talend.
• Develop and maintain complex ETL workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and testing procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Talend best practices.

• Strong understanding of data integration concepts and principles.
• Experience with Talend development, including workflow design and implementation.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and technologies, such as SQL and database management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
