Talent Acquisition Assistant

We are looking for individuals to join RecruitFirst Pte Ltd on a temporary, contractor or part-time basis.

In this role, you will gain hands-on recruitment experience across various industries, working closely with candidates while supporting candidate engagement, interview coordination, and overall recruitment operations.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms
• Support the sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing of candidates across various industries, while coordinating the recruitment process through successful placement
• Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports
• Conduct candidate research and outreach through various channels, including cold calling, online job sites, internal databases, and professional networks

Project Support

• Participate in ad-hoc turnkey projects to support clients and business needs
• Update and maintain the firm’s applicant tracking system

Requirements& Qualification

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level
• Able to work towards targets and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Possess good communication skills to engage confidently with candidates
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
