Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the hiring process and candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle. You will coordinate interviews, manage offer and pre-boarding activities, and help maintain accurate data across talent acquisition systems.

We will count on you to:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience
• Support the preparation and management of offer documentation and coordinate approvals in Workday
• Initiate and manage background checks through HireRight, including follow-up with candidates and vendors
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding tasks, including collection of required documentation
• Maintain accurate records and tracking across talent acquisition systems such as Phenom ATS, Workday and ServiceNow
• Provide support to candidates using recruitment platforms and process travel reimbursements in line with company policy
• Maintain organised documentation and support data privacy and compliance requirements

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in recruitment coordination
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data integrity
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience supporting background checks, offer processing or pre-boarding activities
• Previous recruitment coordination or talent acquisition administration experience
