As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, administering assessment tests (when required), coordinating candidate availability, and scheduling initial interviews.
- Responding to email inquiries from candidates as needed.
- Manage employment documentation and employee movement processes.
- Perform administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and support other Talent Acquisition-related activities as needed.
- Collaborate with various TA team members on various recruitment projects.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in practicum, internship, or OJT units (minimum of 300 hours).
- Candidate must be a student taking internship/practicum/OJT units in any of the following courses: Business Studies or equivalent.
- Must be attentive to detail and a proactive member of the team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Hybrid setup (must be able to report on-site located in Ortigas, Pasig City at least ONCE a week).
- Interest in the gaming industry is a plus.
