Talent Acquisition Lead

As part of our growth and organizational transformation, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will play a key role in strengthening and evolving our Talent Acquisition strategy across the organization.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership position for a Talent Acquisition professional who can combine business understanding, recruitment expertise, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership.

The role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, improving recruitment processes, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring the organization has the talent needed to achieve its goals.

What will you do?

• Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy across different business units.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and define effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop recruitment strategies for high-volume, administrative, commercial, technical, and specialized positions.
• Strengthen sourcing channels and develop new talent pipelines.
• Drive Employer Branding initiatives and strengthen the company's positioning as an employer of choice.
• Manage and analyze Talent Acquisition KPIs, including Time to Fill, vacancy coverage, quality of hire, recruitment sources, and new-hire turnover.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, and automation.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support better talent decisions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with experience leading teams or strategic recruitment projects.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment as well as specialized and professional positions.
• Proven experience partnering directly with business leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and multiple recruitment channels.
• Experience managing and interpreting Talent Acquisition metrics.
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership, communication, organization, and results-oriented skills.
• Advanced English proficiency — mandatory.
