We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Leader - Corporate and PSBU to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.

Establish and maintain recruitment standards, governance practices, and compliant processes that support enterprise objectives.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

Demonstrate preferred expertise in change management, HR consulting, and business process execution to support organizational agility and sustainable results.
Apply strong financial acumen and operational discipline to optimize recruiting resources, budgets, and overall functional performance.
