Working on positions based on manpower budgets Desired Profile Must have solid exposure to recruitment / TA for middle and senior level positions. Should have experience in non-IT recruitment. Preferably from a core industry or someone who has worked on support/ centralised positions other than store-level hiring (if the candidate is from the retail industry) Strong communication skills .
