The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic and execution-oriented recruiting partner responsible for managing complex, full lifecycle recruitment activities across professional, technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership roles in North America. This role partners closely with hiring managers, People Strategy Partners, and business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, attract the right talent based on business needs, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities - What you will do to help us grow!

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting activities for assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and closeout.
  • Manage complex and business-critical searches across multiple functions, disciplines, and organizational levels.
  • Develop recruiting strategies that align talent needs with business priorities.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People Strategy Partners to understand talent requirements, define candidate profiles, and establish hiring plans.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels, including referrals, talent communities, direct outreach, networking, and research.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and proactively identify talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through the recruitment process while ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality.
  • Facilitate offer development and negotiations in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity, documentation, and process compliance within recruiting systems, while maximizing the use of advanced recruiting technologies, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Balance multiple priorities while delivering timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Support organizational agility by contributing to special projects and emerging business needs, including proactive sourcing for niche and hard-to-find skills, development of AI-enabled talent initiatives, and other strategic talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

What expertise have you grown - What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree
  • 5+ years’ work experience in full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, functional, or business roles
  • Strong sourcing capability and ability to engage emerging and passive talent
  • Proven track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing, and delivering on challenging and complex searches
  • Demonstrated success in building and fostering strategic partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Consultative communication style with People Strategy Partners, hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners
  • Excellence multitasking ability, capable of managing multiple recruitment initiatives and strategic projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship management abilities and process improvement skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus in data analytics
