Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager
- Lead candidate sourcing and recruitment through ATS, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Manage candidate screening, interview scheduling, and endorsement of qualified applicants.
- Monitor sourcing metrics, recruitment reports, and applicant pipelines to ensure targets are met.
- Identify sourcing gaps and process improvements to strengthen recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Operations and Hiring Managers on recruitment initiatives and workforce needs
- 3-5 years experience as a Sourcing Team Lead/Manager in a Volume Hiring BPO/Agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools, with strong attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and recruitment metrics.
