Job Summary
Plan, direct and implement full cycle recruitment process, including the selection and retention strategies which facilitate an ongoing supply of personnel to all departments. Assist with employee relations, wage and salary administration and training activities. Provide general guidance to managers regarding verbal and written disciplines.
Essential Functions

1. Plans, directs and implements recruitment, selection and retention strategies which facilitate an ongoing supply of personnel to the hospital.
2. Screens and interviews all applicants.
3. Makes all job offers and processes new employees.
4. Provides administrative support and maintains/creates statistical data for Nursing Personnel.
5. Processes new hires. Provides new hire names and employment information to Staff Education.
6. Participate in various career events.
7. Promptly investigate and address subject matters relating to employee relations.
8. Provide general guidance to managers regarding verbal and written disciplines. - Employee Performance Standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Required
- 3 years HR and Recruitment experience preferred. Preferred
- PHR - Professional in Human Resources - HUMAN RESOURCE CERTIFICATION INSTITUTE (HRCI) Preferred
