Talent Acquisition Specialist (Toa Payoh/6 Month Contract/Up to $7000)

This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager Asia & ANZ, who is also based in Singapore.

This role will give the individual the opportunity to work closely with the HR APAC team and key business stakeholders across Australia, Korea, ASEAN (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines).

The Impact You’ll Make

• End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process across Asia & ANZ region
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and drive timely delivery
• Own candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline
• Proactively source candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, agencies, referrals etc.)
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
• Support hiring ramp-up projects (e.g. R&D expansion, new team build-up)
• Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with business leaders, HRBP and regional stakeholders
• Provide market insights and hiring advice (talent availability, salary benchmarks, hiring trends)
• Ensure smooth collaboration across different countries and functions
• Recruitment Operations & Reporting
• Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
• Track and report hiring progress to stakeholders
• Support process improvement to enhance hiring efficiency
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Represent the company effectively to external talent market

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 4 years above of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Solid experience in end-to-end hiring delivery
• Exposure to regional hiring across Asia is a strong plus
• Strong sourcing capability and stakeholder management skills
• Results-driven and proactive mindset
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and fast-paced hiring environment
• High ownership and execution capability
