Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee front desk responsibilities to include answering and directing calls, assisting applicants and hires with completion of documents in ATS system.
• Assist both Zachry and JVIC teams with onboarding needs.
• Screen call in candidates to ensure qualifications for open positions.
• Maintain pools by departments and geographic region.
• Schedule individuals for processing and orientation.
• Update Applicant Tracking System in real time with candidate information and interactions.
• Assisting with NCCER and craft testing.
• Attend job fairs and other industry events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good customer service demeanor
• Detail orientated
• Flexible and able to deal with changing priorities.
• Ability to multitask concurrent tasks.
• Meet deadlines under time constraints.
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service or HR administrative

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP
• Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
• Experience in: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries
• Current Zachry or Zachry ROF’d employee.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location.
• Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
• May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
