Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for bank operations positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Manage interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Support candidates through offer and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Experienced inhouse recruiter for banks/ insurance company/ recruitment agency. Freshers also can apply.
