Talent Management Specialist
The Transportation & Logistics divisional team is seeking a Talent Management Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing future leaders and creating meaningful development experiences. The Talent Management Specialist will lead the day-to-day execution and ongoing enhancement of our early career program, helping build a strong leadership pipeline across the division. - Design and coordinate participant rotations through the program while defining learning objectives and development outcomes.
- Support candidate sourcing and selection activities, including partnerships with universities and external recruitment channels.
- Monitor participant progress, conduct assessments, and identify high-potential talent.
- Partner with business leaders and mentors to support participant development and address challenges.
- Develop and monitor program metrics, budgets, and key performance indicators to measure effectiveness.
- Analyze participant feedback and business input to continuously improve program structure and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with leaders across the organization to ensure development experiences align with business needs.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, learning and development, human resources, or program management.
- Experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Knowledge of talent assessment, development, and calibration practices.
- Ability to create structured learning experiences and define measurable development outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish, monitor, and interpret program metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Additional training or certification in talent development, adult learning, leadership development, or related disciplines is considered an asset.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience are considered assets.
