Talent Sourcer

You will build candidate pipelines for engineering sales and operations roles. You will source prospects through LinkedIn networks referrals and other channels, write personalized outreach, test messaging, follow up with candidates, maintain accurate ATS records, track sourcing metrics, and identify process bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across engineering and sales roles
• Run targeted outbound campaigns with personalized messaging
• Maintain warm candidate pipelines at every stage
• Identify and engage passive candidates
• Understand role requirements and hiring signals
• Write outreach for LinkedIn email and other channels
• A/B test messaging and improve response rates
• Follow up with candidates thoughtfully and promptly
• Keep the Ashby ATS accurate and up to date
• Track outreach response pipeline conversion and screening metrics
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and go-to-market roles
• Experience using AI and sourcing tools such as Cursor Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong personalized written outreach skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Ability to track metrics and take ownership of results
• Availability for 40 hours per week on a 1099 contract basis
• Comfort working remotely or in person at the San Francisco office
• Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred
