[Tân Phú, HCM] Chemical Lab Assistant

- Lead daily laboratory operations for organic chemical testing (Phthalates, PAHs, SCCP, MCCP, VOC, Azo dyes, PCP, Flame retardants, etc.)

- Operate and oversee analytical instruments including GC-MS, GC-MS-HS, LC-MS, LC-MSMS and sample preparation systems.

- Troubleshoot instrument and testing issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and evaluate the data results as per project or research requirements

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

1. Laboratory Operations & Testing:

• Lead daily laboratory operations for organic chemical testing (Phthalates, PAHs, SCCP, MCCP, VOC, Azo dyes, PCP, Flame retardants, etc.).

• Operate and oversee analytical instruments including GCMS, GCMS-HS, or LC-MS, LC-MSMS …

• Troubleshoot instrument and testing issues to ensure minimal downtime.

• Review, validate, and approve test results prior to reporting.

• Ensure test accuracy, turnaround time, and compliance with internal and client requirements.

2. Technical Development & Accreditation:

• Develop, optimize, and validate new test methods in line with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

• Support laboratory accreditation activities (VILAS / BoA) and maintain compliance documentation.

• Any other duties assigned by Superior’s time to time.

3. Collaboration:

• Provide technical support to other team members and troubleshoot equipment or procedural issues.

• Collaborate with other teams following sample login, test assignments, and issue report teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of issues.

• Resource Management:

• Assist with the preparation of technical reports and presentations for internal or external stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all technical developments meet Eurofins' quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes for technical innovations.

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences)

• At least 4 years in testing lab.

• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and equipment.

• Proven experience in:

• Method development & validation

• ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation

• Internal auditing and compliance systems

• ZDHC or equivalent chemical management programs

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major)

• Bachelor’s degree in an analysis chemistry or in a relevant field.

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): English basic in 4 skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solving.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical development efforts with business objectives.
