TAX SPECIALIST VAT REFUND
Technical and Tax Knowledge
- Mastery of the VAT Law- solid experience in determining credit balances, accreditation and deduction requirements.
- Hands -on experience with the Electronic Refund Form (FED) through the SAT portal.
- Ability to responds to SAT information and documentation requirements derived from refund requests.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare and submit VAT refund requests.
- Perform accounting data reconciliations for accurate submission to the SAT.
Experience and professional profile
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or related field
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in tax or fiscal compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Refund Forms (FED) and SAT portal systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to analyze large volumes of information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Basic to Intermediate English Communication is advantageous to deal with internal stakeholders
