JOB PURPOSE
The Customer Service Order Entry Associate is responsible for orders and other processes in the Customer Service department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for printing all orders from the system daily, keeping up with daily and weekly total number of orders, and overseeing questions on orders. This position may also be cross-trained to help with other functions/tasks as needed. Any other tasks asked by the supervisor will be required as well.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Computer experience such as using email, Excel, word, etc.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Furniture Customer Service Experience preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma.
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must have strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills; strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be an autonomous/independent worker; Must be able to perform established goals in a fast-paced environment. Strict attention to detail is a must. Must be a Team Player. Must be reliable. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must have your own reliable transportation. Must be able to work Weekends and Overtime. Must have strong communication skills in reading, comprehending, speaking, and writing in English.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs. Must be able to sit for a minimum of 8 hours per day. Some walking/standing is required. Must be able to work in normal conditions of a furniture manufacturing plant which is heated and cooled, as well as a typical office environment. Must have good vision. Must be able to wear required PPE of Safety Glasses and close-toe/close-heel shoes when required. Must be able to adhere to all Safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.
