We are seeking a Team Lead, Clinical Services to oversee the initiation and delivery of clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving quality improvement. You are responsible for managing day-to-day operations of clinical services, which includes, assessments, ensuring high quality service delivery, customer service and efficiency in operations. You will provide leadership to an interdisciplinary team and be responsible for staffing, intern management, scheduling and actively engage with referral sources to promote access to care.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical service delivery to ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, accreditation, and agency standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and overall workflow.
- Conduct client assessments, determine diagnoses, and identify treatment or testing needs.
- Develop individualized, strengths‑based treatment plans aligned with client needs and preferences.
- Support the Director with program development, implementation, evaluation, and technical assistance.
- Assess client risk levels, complete risk assessments, and implement appropriate safety planning.
- Facilitate and manage therapeutic groups and group programming.
- Coordinate care with external agencies and provide required reporting to community partners.
- Supervise clinical staff and interns, including performance evaluations, coaching, productivity monitoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Ensure compliance through audits, peer reviews, accurate clinical documentation, and proper management of clinical records.
