Team Lead, FP&A
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting tools.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
- Provide financial insights on pricing, investments, resource allocation, and business initiatives.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization across financial planning and reporting activities.
- Strengthen internal controls, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
- Support audits, tax-related activities, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and develop business insights.
- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle ERP experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and business performance management.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence business decisions through data.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Location: 2A – 1.F1, Tran Phu Street, Nhon Trach I Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam.
