Team Lead IT Support EMEA
You will build and lead Adyen’s EMEA IT support function from the Amsterdam office. You will manage a distributed team of nine across Amsterdam, Madrid, and London, define short- and medium-term strategies, improve support operations, automate repetitive work, guide projects, make tooling decisions, and partner with regional stakeholders and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and medium-term EMEA IT support strategies
- Supervise, guide, and mentor a distributed team of nine
- Set team goals, delegate tasks, and manage performance
- Deliver a high-quality EMEA support experience
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve internal IT systems and workflows
- Coordinate support improvement projects, timelines, budgets, and delivery
- Provide architectural and tooling guidance
- Partner with regional management and cross-functional teams
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of people management and leadership experience in IT support, engineering, or a similar technical environment
- Experience recruiting talent, managing performance, coaching, and mentoring
- Business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Deep administrative experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, and Slack
- Experience managing macOS environments
- Knowledge of ticket management systems and data analysis
- Experience using scripting and automation to reduce manual workloads
- Technical understanding of Logitech meeting room equipment, Zoom Rooms, event spaces, all-hands areas, Grafana, and observability tools
- Fluent written and spoken English
