Team Leader Field Service - Pharma

  • Performing site management. Supervision and training of other Field Service Engineers.
  • Solving technical problems at customers remotely or assigning FSE on site.
    Assigning FSE for all kind of Service activities as preventive maintenance, overhauls, callouts, relocations, installations (for CoCs) and others.
  • Defining the necessary personnel resources for our territory; defining skills (Skill-Matrix) and prepare training-measures independently or together with CoCs
    Ensure that FSE-skills are matching the installed basis
    Planning of all technical- and personnel resources for our FSE; checking and approving time-sheets and expense-reports.
  • Perform general Field Service activities on site including preventative maintenance, machine overhauls, machine inspections with spare part recommendations, fault finding and line performance optimization.
  • Supporting the assembly and testing of new machines at our manufacturing sites around the globe up to FAT (where necessary).
  • Bachelor or master degree in electrical and mechanical engineering
  • Working experience in the Pharma Packaging industry (8-10 years)
  • Working experience in management of reginal field service
  • Technical knowledge about our machines; customers’ applications. Analytical and communication skills. Sales skills, Leadership skills and strategic future orientation (mid- and long-term strategy)
  • Good verbal communication and written English skills.
  • PLC / HMI software experience in Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, or Rexroth.
  • Willingness to work overseas and travel up to 60% in the Asia Pacific Region.
