Team Leader - VRM Channel (Bank Payroll)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for the VRM Channel (Bank Payroll) to lead and manage a team focused on driving sales through inbound calling and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking sales and team management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include leading the sales team to achieve targets, managing inbound sales and call operations, and ensuring effective lead management and business quality. The Team Leader will also be responsible for sales reporting and analytics, monitoring team performance, and enhancing customer experience through effective escalation management. The successful candidate should possess strong banking product knowledge, analytical capabilities, and a customer-centric approach. They must be comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment and be able to drive team productivity through data-driven decisions. Required skills include effective sales leadership, strong sales orientation, and the ability to coach and manage team performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and reporting is essential, along with a working knowledge of Power BI for business reporting.
