Position Purpose
This position is responsible for performing installation of attachments and parts while ensuring consistent product quality is delivered to customers. This position is also responsible for both the inspection and repair of imported and work order modified machines to meet JCB Global standards.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Process machine work orders
Installation of attachments and parts
Identify and order parts required to complete repairs or modifications of all JCB equipment prior to shipment
Assist with retrofit and rework of customer’s orders as necessary
Machine troubleshooting and adjustment
Operate in a safe manner.
Adhere to standard operating procedures.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Process machine work orders
Installation of attachments and parts
Identify and order parts required to complete repairs or modifications of all JCB equipment prior to shipment
Assist with retrofit and rework of customer’s orders as necessary
Machine troubleshooting and adjustment
Operate in a safe manner.
Adhere to standard operating procedures.
Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years of working knowledge in the trade

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and/or electronics
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and self-directed
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency
Ability to operate all JCB manufactured equipment or demonstrated ability to learn
Flexible with work activities
Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and work well with other team members
Must wear protective eyewear and safety shoes at all times

Must be able to work flexible schedule, including but not limited to 12-hour shifts/7 days a week.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs, frequently and/or move up to 35lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
Must be able to perform continuous, repetitious physical activities. These activities may involve fine movements or large motions.
Must be able to grasp/pinch small items, reach out and up, and turn wrist.
Must be capable of keeping pace with current production speed.
Must be able to push/pull with reasonable force.
Must be able to perform the following requirements of bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in multiple climates including hot/cold temperatures, and dusty environment.
