As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food preparation. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer services
- Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Ensure consistency in drink preparation following company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Receive and process payments via credit card
- Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the shift
- Sweep and mop to maintain a clean space for guest
- Ensure proper upkeep of workstations, utensils, and storage areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Serve and prepare food, avocado toast, pastries and muffins
- Prepare avocado toast and other light food items following company recipes
- Ensure food quality and freshness while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Assist with general cleaning, including taking out trash and maintaining store hygiene
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Support other team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Deliver food and drink orders from the counter to customers promptly and accurately
- Assist with restocking supplies (cups, lids, milk, pastries, condiments, etc.)
- Keep the front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organized
- Clear and wipe down tables, return dishes to the kitchen, and reset dining areas
- Support baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours
- Help manage to-go and delivery orders as needed
