Team Member - Offsite Audit, Concurrent Audit & QA| Thane

Conduct Offsite Surveillance through Data Analytics, seek support from IT and Business Units / Branches. Coordinate for responses.

• Extraction of data from internal system and monitoring of customer transactions & internal transactions using data analytical tools and highlighting critical issues. For repetitive nature of work should be able to use Macros / RPA for generating exceptions
• Collaborate across company / teams for collecting responses and taking the identified issue to resolution.
• Preparation and maintenance of data dashboards, viz Number of Alerts raised, closed, pending. An Escalation Matrix would be prepared for escalation ASAP depending on Severity of Issue identified.
• Identifying root cause for exceptions, i.e. control lapses, system operational issues.
