The Team Member in Support Services – Real Estate Valuation will conduct technical due diligence, valuation reviews, and risk assessments of residential, commercial, mixed‑use, industrial and other real‑estate assets proposed as lending collateral. The role involves evaluating development regulations, monitoring construction progress, auditing external valuation reports, and preparing technical notes and management reports to guide credit decisions and portfolio risk management.

• Perform technical due diligence and valuation reviews of real‑estate assets proposed as collateral.
• Assess development regulations, statutory approvals, and zoning norms to identify project risks.
• Monitor construction progress, project viability, and collateral adequacy across the portfolio.
• Audit and ensure quality of valuation reports prepared by external consultants.
• Engage with developers, architects, valuers, and internal credit/legal teams to support financing decisions.
• Prepare technical notes, valuation reviews, and management reports on market and regulatory developments.
• Identify emerging risks and opportunities and communicate findings to senior management.
• Maintain governance standards and consistency across the valuation process.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate multi‑city appraisal activities.
• Utilize Excel and data‑analysis tools for portfolio monitoring and reporting.

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in real‑estate valuation, technical due diligence, or risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of development control regulations, zoning norms, and building bye‑laws in major Indian cities.
• Hands‑on experience evaluating residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and retail developments.
• Ability to interpret sanctioned plans, approval documents, and technical reports with a risk‑focused approach.
• Excellent analytical, report‑writing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data‑analysis for portfolio monitoring.
• Experience working in banks, NBFCs, consulting firms, or real‑estate organizations.
• Effective communication skills for presenting technical findings to senior management.
• Multi‑city appraisal exposure and project execution experience is an added advantage.
