Position Overview
As a Team Member, you are the face of Taco John’s. You will play a crucial role in delivering our signature "West-Mex" flavors while providing fast, friendly, and accurate service. Whether you are prepping our famous Potato Olés® or greeting guests at the counter, your goal is to ensure every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and handle payments efficiently.
- Food Preparation: Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards (Front of House and Back of House roles).
- Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverages are served fresh and meet brand standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining room, service areas, and kitchen stations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow crew members and management to meet speed-of-service goals and support a positive work environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Age: Must meet minimum age requirements for employment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a "can-do" attitude.
- Experience: Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
