The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our Paisley Place Site in New Zealand.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead day-to-day warehouse activities within a fast-paced temperature-controlled environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of customer products, while driving team performance, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a strong culture of safety and accountability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Daily Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Lead, coach and support warehouse team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch activities.
• Ensure products are handled safely, accurately and in line with operational procedures.
• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture.
• Conduct team briefings and communicate daily priorities.
• Support inventory accuracy through stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Maintain housekeeping, security and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and help resolve operational issues.

What Experience and Qualifications You Need

• 3-4 years' experience in a Team Leader role within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or cold storage environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop warehouse teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and computer applications.
• Forklift Licence highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
