As an Optimization Intern, you will work closely with our team in Cluj-Napoca to support the development and maintenance of automation solutions, data dashboards, business applications, and AI-assisted tools. You will be guided and mentored throughout the internship, we understand that you are still building your skills, and we are here to help you grow. This is a great opportunity to apply what you have learned in school to real business challenges and gain hands-on experience with industry-standard technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Help design and build Power Apps solutions for internal use cases
- Contribute to the development of Python-based machine learning tools
- Explore and apply AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Amazon Quick to optimization tasks
- Document processes, solutions, and technical workflows clearly
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing optimization and improvement projects
Basic Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field — graduating students are preferred
- Basic knowledge of SQL (writing simple queries, understanding relational data)
- Basic knowledge of Python (familiarity with syntax, basic scripting, or coursework exposure)
- Familiarity with at least one component of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, or Power Apps)
- Any exposure to AI tools or concepts — whether through coursework, personal projects, or general curiosity
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization or analytics projects
- Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) concepts
- Interest or background in machine learning or data science
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
