Summary

Performs ESD inspections and audits in a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and supporting production activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine ESD inspections and audits at production areas.
  • Monitor compliance with ESD control procedures and standards.
  • Verify proper usage of ESD protective equipment by operators and technicians.
  • Identify and report ESD non-conformance issues.
  • Conduct ESD workstation verification and validation
  • Perform ionizer preventive maintenance and conduct verification.
  • Support ESD qualification activities for new production areas and equipment.
  • Maintain ESD inspections record.
  • Support internal and external ESD audits.
  • Assist engineers in troubleshooting ESD issues.

Qualification Requirements

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of ESD control and electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with ESD equipment and monitoring systems is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and support production activities.
